Starting on May 8, 2026, the D subway line will get three more stations: Wilshire/La Brea, Wilshire/Fairfax, and Wilshire/La Cienega. The D line subway will now connect Mid-Wilshire to downtown LA. The remainder of the extension, including the Beverly Hills connection, is expected to open in 2027.
